RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with a kjeld.com item you may exchange it or request a refund for the cost of the purchased item(s) within 30 days from the date the order was shipped.

You must inform iKjeld.com, via email, prior to shipping a return in order to receive proper instructions and authorization. A JYE 1000 (approx. USD 10) handling fee will be charged on all exchanges and returns, and the customer must pay the return shipping charge unless it was the shipping error of iKjeld.com.
