generate a customized version of iKjeld News Photo Service as
a part of your Web Site provided that all of the following conditions
are met.
1. The presentation may not give the impression that any entity
other than iKjeld.com is responsible for the service.
2. You may, if you wish, add your own header, text and footer
as long as the News Photo is identified as "This week in
Japan".
3. You are required to provide a link to iKjeld.com; under
no circumstances may you delete the link that is built into the
html snippet.
4. If you desire, you are permitted to incorporate the iKjeld.com
logo into your page by directly referencing it at our site, but
not by copying it to yours. However, if you do so, it must be
done using the link provided in the advanced options section.
WARNING: The iKjeld.com logo is copyrighted intellectual property
and a trade mark of iKjeld.com. You are not permitted to duplicate
it, distribute it, or alter it in any way. To protect our rights
and identity, we must aggressively pursue legal action against
violators of our internationally protected intellectual property

5. You agree to hold iKjeld.com harmless from any action brought
against you by a third party as the result of the contents of

Photo. You acknowledge that iKjeld.com is not -- and can not
be -- responsible for content that you deploy on your site.
6. You agree to use your best efforts to ensure that your
page displaying the iKjeld.com News Photo Service interfaces
with iKjeld.com pursuant to specified methods.
7. You understand and acknowledge that iKjeld.com cannot support
a free service whose primary components are off of our server
and outside of our control. We regret that we cannot support
your development efforts or any problems you experience at your
end.
8. You understand the free iKjeld.com News Photo Service may
only be used on your website and may not be printed in any form
whatsoever. If you desire to use the service in a printed format,
contact us to discuss the financial details.
9. You understand that this license is non-exclusive. All
rights to the News Photos are retained by iKjeld.com.
10. You understand that redistribution in any format is prohibited.
If another organization wants to run the News Photo Service,
they must do so directly from the iKjeld.com site after reading
and agreeing to these terms of use.
11. Compilation of the News Photos in book form, CD-rom or
electronic archive is strictly prohibited. The only right granted
is the seven day display of the News Photo when iKjeld.com has
put it on the net for that particular purpose.
12. You understand that this service may not be used if your
site promotes pornography, racism, hate, cruelty to animals,
etc. iKjeld.com reserves the unilateral right to refuse or discontinue
the service without notice or explanation.
13. You understand that the News Photo Service must run under
the title "This week in Japan" (any accurate translation
is acceptable) and may not be used in any other context unless
it is another iKjeld.com service and iKjeld.com has given explicit
permission. If for any reason you want to have a different title,
contact iKjeld.com.
13. IN NO EVENT WILL IKJELD.COM OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES BE
LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
ARISINGOUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE IKJELD.COM NEWS
PHOTO SERVICE'S CONTENT THEREON. THIS DISCLAIMER APPLIES, WITHOUT
LIMITATION, TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT,
TORT, OR OTHERWISE, CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE TO MAKE AVAILABLE;
ERROR; OMISSION; INTERRUPTION; DELETION; DEFECT; THEFT, DESTRUCTION,
UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR OTHER USE OF ANY IKJELD.COM
NEWS PHOTO.
14. You acknowledge that you have read and that you understand
the legal information pertaining to this service.
15. You complete the following registration form in its entirety.
All sections must be completed. You may add more than one News
Photo Service to your site with this registration. Fill out another
registration if you add the service to a separate site.
